The package for a NGV installation would generally involve the following:
1) Tank - to hold the compressed natural gas in the car
2) Kit - which includes the Regulator ( the heart of the NGV system), the high pressure tube, the electrical, petrol solenoid, Emulator, clips, screws and other accessories
3) Gas mixer - which eventually mixes the air and the NGV gas.
4) Workmanship - which refers to the process of installing the above mentioned products in the appropriate manner? It involves technical skills and a deep understanding of the NGV system and the car.
5) Warranty - which indirectly refers to the confidence that the manufacturer has in the NGV kits and the peace of mind that the customer can get !

(C) The Standard Package for Fuel Injection car 6 cylinders will be as follows:
9) Tank - 60 liters steel tank, 25 years life span and can hold around RM 8.50 to RM 9.30 worth of gas
10) Kit - Pelmag Brand, made in Argentina, 1 years warranty on the regulator and 1 month warranty on the spares / accessories.
11) Gas mixer - varies from vehicle to vehicle, made of special aluminium.
12) Workmanship - as mentioned above along with free labour on check up, tuning, replacements, etc for the first month from date of installation after which labour will be charged as per job done.
The above package will be RM 3900.00

Upgrades:
The cost of the package can vary according to the Type of Cylinder ( Steel or Fibre ) and also according to the size of the cylinder capacity. We have cylinders ranging from 40 Litres ( for Kancil, Kelisa, Naza Citra) upto 77 Litres Fibre ( for Perdana V6, Toyota Unser, Naza Ria - all the petrol guzzlers). We also have exta Large 100 litres cylinders for commercial vehicles.

What does Water Capacity Mean ?
It is the amount of Water that can be poured into or stored in an empty CNG / NGV Cylinder

Why is the size of cylinders defined by the Water Capacity ?
Its because gas changes its form according to the atmospheric temparature
In hot climate the gas tends to expand and in cold climate the gas contracts. Since it
does not have a stable form the manufacturers of NGV cylinders refer to the tank
capacity by using the water capacity as benchmark standards

How far can my car go on NGV ?
This is a common question asked by many customers. It all depends on the size of the
cylinder that you install in your car, the type & cc of your car, the driving conditions,etc
The best way to calculate how much you save is to divide your current petrol bill by 4
and now 1/4 is your cost on NGV and 3/4 is your saving

Which cylinder is best for me ?
The best size would depend on three things as follows
1. The boot space available in your vehicle for mounting the cylinder
2. The amount of running around you do in your car. High user should go for High capacity
Fibre cylinders. This way you can save time & money running to the Gas Station for
refilling your tanks.
3. And of course, your Budget !

We would prefer you to book your appointment for installation job to be done on Saturday, Sunday and other public holidays.
